Terms of use

MMV Grow is a portal run by Match-Maker Ventures, Tuerkenstrasse 25, 1090 Vienna, Austria (“MMV”). By signing in you accept these terms.

Access by invitation

Grow is open only to people MMV invites, each for one company. Your access is personal: do not share your sign-in. MMV can change or end access at any time, for example when a collaboration does not go ahead, and you can ask us to end it at any time.

Confidential information

What Grow shows, including the operator accounts and MMV's access to them, is MMV's confidential information. You may use it only to evaluate and prepare a collaboration with MMV. Do not share it outside the team at your company working on that collaboration, and do not copy, export or publish it, or contact the operators shown on the strength of it without MMV.

What you add

The accounts you mark and the reasons you give are shared with MMV's team, as our privacy notice explains. Add only what you are allowed to share with us.

No warranty

Grow and its information are provided as they are. Access levels describe relationships MMV has today and are no promise of a meeting or a deal. MMV does not guarantee that Grow is always available or free of errors and, as far as the law allows, is not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.

Changes and law

MMV may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Austrian law applies. Questions: office@match-maker.ventures.
